Position Description

Pacific Rim Land, Inc., a sister company to Goodfellow Bros (GBI). is a private real estate investment, development and management company founded in 1988. With offices in Hawaii and Washington, Pacific Rim Land and its affiliates invest in a variety of real estate assets including residential, hotel, retail and vacant land primarily in Hawaii and the U.S. West Coast.

We have always maintained that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are now seeking to add to our team. We are looking for a Family Office Assistant to join our team in Wenatchee, WA.

 

Position summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Family Office Assistant to join our team in Wenatchee, Washington. This full-time, on-site position will provide administrative support with some accounting responsibilities, to Pacific Rim Land, Inc. and its numerous related entities, including limited A/R and A/P. In addition, this position will provide administrative support to the business concerns of owners of the company and their family members. This role demands a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Family administration and coordination: assist certain family members on various tasks as needed. This includes the coordination of both business and personal matters as follows:
  • Interact with family to coordinate the flow of information between the family and the office.
  • Coordinate credit cards and bill payments for family members.
  • Coordinate management of personal assets such as vehicles, boats, and registrations.
  • Manage other personal matters for the family members
  • Renew all annual business licenses in a timely manner.
  • Primary contact on all insurance issues and assist the VP of Finance and Accounting on annual renewals of company master policies.
  • Opens mail, Date stamps each piece of mail, Deliver to appropriate people.
  • Organizes and maintains electronic files which are in compliance to the Company’s standards.
  • Orders supplies and organizes company gatherings
  • Other duties as directed by manager or family members
  • Coordinate billings for A/R.
  • Coordinate & code payables, invoices, and other A/P matters.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Experience, and Technical Knowledge

  • Two- or Four-Year degree preferred, or applicable experience.
  • Must have experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Must have accurate and efficient typing skills.
