We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Manager to oversee our online presence and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze data, manage customer support inquiries, and ensure an exceptional online experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and customer feedback to improve user experience and service offerings.
  • Oversee the call center operations, providing support for customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using computerized systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices for online communication and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is advantageous.
  • Strong cash handling skills are a plus, ensuring accurate financial transactions when necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
