The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze data, manage customer support inquiries, and ensure an exceptional online experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
- Analyze website performance metrics and customer feedback to improve user experience and service offerings.
- Oversee the call center operations, providing support for customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using computerized systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for online communication and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is advantageous.
- Strong cash handling skills are a plus, ensuring accurate financial transactions when necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
