The Wenatchee Downtown Association has transitioned the annual downtown Girls Night Out to “THE POWER OF THE PINK BAG”. They are taking this opportunity to help our small businesses downtown, while staying within the COVID-19 guidelines. August 6^th will be a day geared to shopping and supporting the small businesses and restaurants that are struggling during this time, rather than having their traditional “event.”
 
The pink bags are available for purchase on their website www.wendowntown.org at two price ranges.  $25.00 Pink Bag that includes surprise gifts from downtown businesses OR $10.00 Pink bag and coupon book.  The proceeds of the bag sales go to support the ongoing work of the Wenatchee Downtown Association.  Shopping with your pink bag on the 6^th and purchasing from downtown businesses and restaurants will show them support when it is needed the most.
 
This shopping day will occur on Thursday August 6^th between 10:00am and 7:00pm.  They will have additional giveaways and information day of, as well as guidelines for a FUN and compliant shopping experience, including a custom GNO mask for each bag purchased.
