About Us

NCW Libraries serves as a vital hub for connection, learning, and community across North Central Washington. We operate 30 library locations, a mail-order library, and a bookmobile, ensuring that every resident—no matter where they live—has free access to information, resources, and opportunities.

Our libraries offer far more than books. We provide high-speed internet, meeting spaces, early learning programs, digital tools, workforce and small-business support, and a wide range of classes and events for all ages. Whether someone is launching a business, seeking employment, exploring new skills, or looking for a welcoming place to gather, our libraries are designed to empower and inspire.

NCW Libraries is committed to welcome, belonging, and accessibility. We partner with local organizations, schools, and community groups to meet evolving needs and strengthen the economic and cultural vibrancy of our region.

From lifelong learning to local collaboration, we are proud to support the people and businesses that make our communities thrive.
