Janice Brown is a Mortgage Loan Originator who loves helping people call the Wenatchee Valley home—whether they already live here, are moving across town, or are relocating from out of the area. She has a special focus on self-employed, 1099, and contract-income earners, guiding them through the unique challenges of qualifying for a home loan when income isn’t “traditional” on paper.
Janice believes clarity and education are just as important as interest rates. She takes time to explain options, answer questions, and create mortgage plans that fit real lives, not just guidelines. Her goal is for every client to feel confident, prepared, and supported from first conversation through closing and beyond.
Active in the business community, Janice partners with local real estate agents, builders, and professionals to support sustainable growth and responsible homeownership. As a member of the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Committee, she is committed to policies and initiatives that expand housing opportunities, strengthen small businesses, and keep the Wenatchee Valley a vibrant place to live, work, and invest.
