Dangerous Women is a collaborative of women (and some men) based in Central Washington. We bring the forgotten or suppressed histories of remarkable women and feminine archetypes to life by creating original theater, appearing before schools, in art exhibits and beyond.
Dangerous Women’s diverse cast and crew spans four cultures: Indigenous, White, Latina and Black, and range from fledgling artists to award winning professionals. Through creative collaboration, participants interweave their own life histories into what we present.
Our goal is not political, although we tackle society’s timely issues. Rather we strive to illuminate universal themes. Dangerous Women believes that what connects and heals humanity far outweighs our differences.
