Position Overview
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is seeking qualified applicants for a fulltime Construction Project Manager. This position manages Port capital projects throughout the entire project lifecycle in accordance with Port policies and procedures. Serving as the Port’s Owner’s Representative, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for guiding projects from initial identification and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, closeout, and post-project evaluation.
Position Scope
Projects range in value from $5,000 to $10,000,000+ and may include:
• Building upgrades, renovations, additions, and new construction
• Site development and utility infrastructure
• Aviation-related construction
• Tenant improvements
• Parking lot maintenance
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system upgrades
All projects directly support CDRPA’s mission as an economic catalyst—promoting investment, developing infrastructure, and facilitating initiatives that deliver measurable economic benefits to the region.

Compensation
Starting salary is based on education and experience:
• $100,650 – $112,350
o Project Management certification or a four-year degree in construction management or a closely related field
o Minimum of 3 years of commercial or civil construction experience
• $112,350 – $128,000
o Four-year degree in construction management or a closely related field
o Minimum of 5 years of commercial and civil construction experience
o Public sector or Owner-side experience required Benefits
