Oct. 23, join attorney Erin McCool as she offers an introduction to water rights law in Washington State. McCool will provide a history of how water code developed and how the court has interpreted the code over passing years. The discussion will also include current issues in the private market, as well as local issues that arise between competing interests for a limited resource. McCool is a Member at Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC and her practice emphasizes on general litigation, employment & labor law, land use and water law. A Wenatchee resident, she is an active member of the community serving as the Legislative and Diversity Director for the Apple Valley Human Resources Association, and a current board member of the Chelan Douglas Volunteer Attorney Services.
