Slide Show: Early Wenatchee Settlers
Historian Rod Molzahn will present a slide show of people important to the early development of Wenatchee, describing their places in history. Among them will be Alexander Griggs, John Gellatly, Rose Reeves Mann, Sam Sumner, and Pete Wheeler Senior and Junior. The program is a continuation of a similar slide show given last summer. Included will be stories of bootlegging, moonshining and Shacktown. Molzahn's "Legends and Legacies" can be heard on KOHO Radio, with CDs available for sale at the WVMCC gift shop. The program is especially designed for senior citizens but all are welcome. Regular museum admission.
