Recycling & Composting, Fact vs. Fiction - A Panel Discussion
This Pybus University panel discussion is for everyone in Chelan and Douglas Counties who want to know the latest information about what can and cannot be recycled and composted currently in our area, what future recycling prospects are, and the why behind the "rules." Featuring expert speakers from: WM (Waste Management), Waste Loop, TekniPlex (Dolco), Winton Mfg. Compost Works, WA State Department of Ecology, and Zero Waste Washington. Spanish interpretation will be available throughout the event. Come early (6:30-7pm) and drop off your e-waste for recycling, thanks to our friends at Confluence Rotary. These electronics are accepted: computers, tablets, cell phones, e-readers and their charging cords. These are NOT accepted: monitors, printers, copiers, keyboards, mice, TVs.
