21st Annual Bomber Wing Benefit Dinner Auction
The Mission Ridge Ski Team will be hosting its 21st Annual Bomber Wing Benefit Dinner Auction at the Wenatchee Convention Center in Wenatchee. The event is the Mission Ridge Ski Teams largest fund raiser of the year with 100% of the proceeds going directly to support the athletes.
This “Welcome to Winter” pre ski season bash will begin with a social hour including; live music, passed hors d oeuvre’s, and a silent auction. Immediately following will be a delicious plated dinner prepared by Chef Darryl Reed, most recently of Anthony’s Seafood. As dinner is being served the live auction begins - Some of the auction items already received include a South African Safari for two, vacation stays at Whistler in Canada and Sun Valley, Idaho, as well as Wine Tasting and Dinner for 6 with the Winemaker and Owners of Horan Estates Winery & Tastebuds.
For the second year in a row the Silent Auction will include a “dessert” auction featuring scrumptious items from local specialty bakeries like Anjou Bakery, Homefire’s Bakery, and more. The Mission Ridge Ski Team members ages 5 – 20 will be in attendance greeting and serving guests.
- Established in 1967, The Mission Ridge Ski Team is a (501c3) Non-Profit Organization falling under the umbrella of the Mission Ridge Ski Education Foundation, located in Wenatchee, WA. MRST has a long lustrous history. The team is recognized throughout the United States and Canada for developing athletes from the beginning level racer to the United States Ski Team. Currently MRSEF trains 95 athletes ranging from age 5-20 with commitment levels that range from one-day per week training to 5-days per week. www.mrst.us
