"The Small Bakery with a Big Heart" is the longstanding motto of The Gingerbread Factory, and we do our best to live by it daily. Located on Front Street - our café & bakery stay busy year round, with folks from all over the world walking through our doors.

Our bakery & kitchen is looking to add staff to keep up with this demand.
We have day, night and weekend shifts available - and can accommodate full-time and part-time schedules!

Our kitchen staff positions do a little bit of everything - some of which includes:

- Preparing baked goods and other dishes for our cafe customers
- Helping to keep baked goods stocked in our display cases
- Help prepare non-custom orders 
- Help management keep track of kitchen & front of house inventories.
- Cleanliness duties to help maintain a clean, healthy kitchen environment
- Other duties as directed by management staff

Experience in a similar position would be a plus; however, a strong work ethic & willingness to learn would be just as valuable for success in this opportunity.

Starting wage for this entry-level position begins at $17.00/HR + Tips (and with direct deposit, you can get paid weekly!)
