Planning—whether big-picture strategic planning or planning for an upcoming event—is a necessary first step for program or project success. Planning identifies targets, sets parameters, informs evaluation, and aids reporting. But, once a plan is in hand, the pivot to implementation can often be challenging. How do we turn the direction from the board, executive director, or program manager into action? This workshop bridges the gap between plan and execution, providing practical tools, processes, and clarity of roles for getting work done. Bring questions! The goal is an interactive format. The target audience is nonprofit leaders and staff, however anyone who deals with project execution may find the workshop of interest.
