World renowned theater organist Dennis James will play the Liberty Theater Pipe Organ, accompanying the Rudolph Valentino silent film classic “Son of the Sheik.” Valentino plays two roles: an aging Arabian prince and his dashing son, Ahmed. There’s plenty of action with a gang of thieves, a kidnapping, fights – and Ahmed’s pursuit of the beautiful dancing girl Yasmin creates scenes considered quite risqué for 1926. Popcorn and drinks are included in the price of admission.
