What is conflict, and what does it mean to me? How do I approach conflict situations? Explore your conflict styles and how to encourage productive conflict. This education series is in partnership with Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center and NCW Equity Alliance and will feature learning sessions based on principals and skills used in mediation and restorative practices. Participants will learn listening and communication skills; study conflict dynamics and styles; and learn how to practice conflict resolution skills for de-escalation and peaceful communication. Attendance at each session in the series is highly recommended. Drawing for a door prize will be awarded at each session. Additional tickets for drawing at final session will be provided for participants attending multiple sessions. All programs are free + open to the public.
