Join Guy for his three-hour self-defense course for women on Sat.\, Oct. 13 from 1-4 pm at Ohme Gardens. This course will emphasize surrounding awareness\, detecting and avoiding threats\, and simple evasive and defensive measures. Each participant will be instructed and practice in a mock up scene with the defensive use of pepper spray (water for practice purposes). Each participant will go home with a comprehensive safety notebook\, and a canister of SABRE pepper spray. Your $65 registration fee includes your SABRE canister.
